In an amazing turn-around at the recent World Series of Poker Circuit final table, Windsor real estate agent Rohan Long scooped an incredible victory after being nearly all out.
The player managed to survive much longer than expected as he went against the cards and the odds.
One news report claimed: "With each near miracle dealt from the deck, he gained the confidence and aggression necessary to overcome massive odds and ultimately pulled off a stunning upset victory."
Long survived at least eight all-in situations and may have pulled off the greatest comeback of the year.
He won a buy-in to a No-Limit Hold”em tournament for is efforts - and, of course, the chance of winning a huge cash prize. £20,000 to be exact.
So it just goes to show that when you”re down on your luck you shouldn”t necessarily avoid a quick round of online poker because fortunes can change in the dealing of a hand.
